I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology. I primarily work with women looking to improve their well-being, drawing from both clinical training and personal experience. This may include exploring addictive behaviours, navigating life’s challenges and transitions such as ending relationships, feeling overwhelmed by career shifts, and coping with changes in body image, self-worth, and identity during perimenopause. My approach allows me to meet clients with empathy, insight, and understanding. In our initial sessions, I’ll take time to get to know you, understand your story, and identify the challenges you are facing. From there, we co-create a personalized plan that aligns with your values and goals—one that supports your whole self: mind, body, and spirit.
